Let Us Know How We Can
Help You

The purpose of this blog is to answer one of the most common questions we get asked when new potential clients reach out to us for the first time. We usually get asked about our process, from how to start working together, to how soon we take care of your legal matter.

At TLF, we start from the beginning: as part of our intake process, we take down your contact information as well as a few details about your matter, and run a preliminary conflict check to ensure we are able to work together. We then proceed to schedule the consultation with one of our attorneys as soon as possible, in a way that fits your schedule and needs.

Once it is decided that working together is a good fit, you will be assigned a lead attorney to handle your matter and map out a strategic game plan to deal with it. A legal assistant within the corresponding department will contact you to set up an initial fact-finding call.

From that point on, our team of attorneys and paralegals will start to work hard to protect your business. The time it takes to get to a resolution varies with each case and strategy. You’ll have all of the necessary information throughout the process to make sure you understand your options and know our team is working to achieve your goals in the most efficient way.

We take the possibility of helping your business seriously, because we believe in protecting the economy, one business at a time. If you don’t take your legal matters into serious consideration from the start, it may cost you more in the long run – it can even cost you your business. We even have our Danger Zone Program to help you proactively prevent disputes.
