Arturo Arca Joins Trembly Law Firm as Partner

Miami, Florida (June 1, 2018) — Arturo Arca, Esq., of Pragmatique Legal in Miami, has merged firms with Trembly Law to expand the Firm’s Business Law Department. Arca brings his extensive client list to the Trembly Law Firm, where he will continue to represent mid-to-large sized businesses as outside General Counsel as well as handle trademark and franchise matters.

Prior to founding Pragmatique Legal in 2016, Arca was a Commercial Litigation Attorney at a Florida statewide law firm for approximately two years, where he represented small-to-large sized businesses in a wide range of civil disputes. He also spent five years representing national and international banks in the area of credit and real estate finance law.

Arca has been published in the online legal publication, www.law360.com, on two separate occasions; Do You Own The Graffiti Art On Your Buidling? published on May 29, 2018 and Nike: Just Do It, Unless You Have a Noncompete, which was published on December 17, 2015.
