TLF Consultation Policies and Guidelines

1. We cannot give legal advice during consultations. The purpose of a consultation with the Trembly Law Firm is to analyze whether we will be a good fit for your, and visa versa. It is also to analyze whether hiring legal counsel is a smart option for you in the first place. Sometimes the best advice we give is to not pursue a matter or hire us. Once you retain us, we will have created an attorney-client relationship, and we will begin giving you legal advice.
2. Out of respect for your time and ours, we ask that you be on time to your consultation. We understand emergencies happen. If an emergency arises, we ask that you call us to let us know you will be late.
3. We charge $250.00 for consultations. If you pay when you book, the consultation fee is $200.00. This fee is in place because human nature dictates that we only value what we pay for. If you are serious about your matter, you will take your consultation seriously. If we are paid, we are obligated to give you our concerted time and effort.
4. If you miss an appointment, we not only miss out on meeting you, we missed out on meeting another person that could have used our services because we held that time for you. Therefore, if you miss an appointment, then (a) the fee will not be refunded, and (b) if you have a reasonable explanation, we will reschedule for another time. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time, your consultation fee will be refunded.
5. Consultations come with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you do not feel that we gave you great value for your time, as long as you tell us before you leave the office, we will refund your money, hassle free. You must notify us before you leave the office for a refund to be issued.
6. All communication with our office is protected by attorney-client privilege, even if you do not create an attorney-client relationship with us by hiring us.
