Jessica is from San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitario Tecnologico (CEUTEC) in 2018. In 2012, Jessica had her first job in a call center, where she thoroughly enjoyed helping customers find solutions, and learned exceptional communication skills. Jessica also worked as a General Manager in a clothing store for 6 years in San Pedro Sula, fueling her passion to serve and help others.
