Kristen Corpion is the face of the modern lawyer. After graduating from Berkeley Law School and kick starting her career at elite international law firm Greenberg Traurig, Kristen founded her own innovative law firm, CORPlaw which helped modern entrepreneurs grow and protect their businesses. Kristen is now a Partner at Trembly Law, and the Firm’s Chief Innovation Officer, using her experience and legal prowess to continue protecting business owners.

A Florida native, practicing law almost a decade, Kristen is a Past President of the Dade County Bar’s Young Lawyers Section. She is an avid supporter and proud Board Member of Aire Ventures, a non profit venture studio that scales innovative, technology and ecosystem solutions to systemic gaps in access, opportunity, and racial equity; and of Legal Services of Greater Miami, who provide free civil legal services for the low-income communities of Miami Dade and Monroe Counties, of which she also served as President of their Young Professional’s Committee.
She has been recognized for her efforts and innovations in the legal industry, earning various awards and distinctions including being selected by her peers as a SuperLawyers, Rising Star every year since 2019 to present and a Florida Legal Elite, Up & Comer (2022). She was also honored as a Prestigious Women, Innovator Award recipient by South Florida Business & Wealth (2022), a Rising Star by Miami Women Who Rock (2021) and as a Legal Trailblazer by the Daily Business Review (2019).
Kristen dedicates her spare time to mentoring students and educating business professionals about the role law plays in business. Kristen is passionate about transforming the legal profession, the perception the community has of lawyers, and using the law as a tool to help her local community grow. As the proud daughter of a single mom who ran her own business, Kristen has a special respect for working with female and minority led businesses.
