Litigation Attorney
Neil M. Khan is a Litigation Attorney at Trembly Law. He first began his legal studies in forensics and obtained both his BA and MA from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Neil then transitioned that focus on forensics into becoming an Assistant State Attorney where he gained invaluable trial experience and comfort with daily court appearances.
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Khan began working for some of the largest companies in both the state of Florida and globally such as Lloyd’s of London. He now uses that valuable experience to defend business owners against lawsuits and litigation.
Mr. Khan was also the chair of the First Party Property Litigation Department for 5 years for a National Law Firm before operating his own law firm for the last 5 years, where he continued to take cases to trial on a regular basis. Mr. Khan now applies the invaluable experience that he has gained for the Trembly Law Firm.
