Nived Rajendran, Esq.
Nived Rajendran is a Litigation Attorney at TLF Business Lawyers. A native of South Florida, Nived received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida, where he served as an executive editor for the Florida State University Law Review and as a staff editor for the Florida State University Journal of Transnational Law & Policy.
Prior to joining the firm, Nived practiced civil litigation at a large full-service law firm in Miami. Before that, he served as a Legal Associate for the Cato Institute’s Center for Constitutional Studies in Washington, DC where he gained invaluable experience drafting and filing amicus briefs at the Supreme Court of the United States. During law school, Nived gained experience in complex litigation while clerking for the Institute for Justice and the Pacific Legal Foundation, two public-interest law firms with a proven track record of success in advocating for the rights of individuals and businesses. He also worked cases as a law student for Florida State University’s award-winning Public Interest Law Center, where he had the opportunity to represent indigent children in administrative matters against state agencies, including successfully appealing a state agency’s decision to deny his client medicare benefits.
