Sara E. Repanich, better known as “Rep” around the office, is an Associate in the Litigation Department of the Trembly Law Firm (“TLF”). Sara originally began working for TLF as a Law Clerk in the Business Department, and later filled a need in the Litigation Department as a Law Clerk. During her clerkships, Sara assisted with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, corporate formation, organization and disputes, fiduciary duties, commercial litigation, and intellectual property issues.

Sara was born and raised in San Jose, California, and is not shy about showing her pride in the Bay Area. At the age of 13, Sara decided she would have a career as an attorney, though interestingly, she did not meet an attorney until going to college. As can be expected, she encountered many challenges and naysayers along the way, but still she persisted. Sara received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fresno (Go Dogs!) and achieved minors in both Criminology and Legal Studies. She is a proud alumna of Kappa Kappa Gamma women’s fraternity and maintained the role of Public Relations Advisor after graduation to supervise the local chapter’s PR.

Sara attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law (Go Canes!) where she graduated in three years with both a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law. While in law school, Sara took specialized coursework focused on both intellectual property matters and negotiating and drafting agreements related to sports and entertainment clients. Throughout law school, Sara maintained employment at law firms and Division I athletic compliance departments in California and Florida, a technology start-up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and a well-known sports and entertainment agency in New York City.

Sara was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020. She practices mainly in business and commercial litigation. Sara also has experience in a wide array of fields including, but not limited to, transactional matters, intellectual property registrations and disputes, privacy law, NCAA regulations and compliance, and consumer protection issues. Sara is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Sports Lawyers Association, and the Miami Sports Business Law Association.

In her free time, Sara enjoys managing programs geared towards homeless outreach and assisting at-risk youth in Miami. On the weekends you can find Sara training for Spartan races, trying new restaurants in her community, and being active in Vous Church. She is also an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling to watch her favorite teams play. Sara can be reached at
