Litigation Practice Group Manager

Staci H. Genet is a Litigation Practice Group Manager and the Senior Litigation Counsel at Trembly Law Firm.

She brings over 25 years of transactional and litigation experience in complex business, residential and commercial real estate matters, working with both business owners and real estate professionals. She focuses on increasing negotiation power and avoiding pitfalls that often result in litigation to protect her clients, so that they can focus on growing their business. When litigation can’t be avoided, Staci believes in achieving stated goals using efficient, cost-effective strategies that put the business owner first. Staci first attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor’s degree in English, and continued her education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1990 for her Juris Doctorate degree.

Before joining the Trembly Law team, Staci was a partner of the Rosenthal Rosenthal Rasco law firm for six years, where she supervised the litigation team, with a focus on business and real estate related disputes. Staci then joined International Sales Group brokerage firm in 2004 as its General Counsel. Staci negotiated brokerage contracts with developer counsel, prepared the compensation and non-competition agreements for the firms real estate associate employees and contractors, ensured compliance with governmental licensing and enforcement authorities, managed local counsel, and developed best practices for firm operations and protection of trade-secrets. Before joining Trembly Law Firm, Staci launched her own practice in 2009, where she focused on defending business owners in a variety of complex business and real estate lawsuits.
