Trembly Law Firm’s Unique Firm-Wide Advantages.

Why choose one law firm to work with over another? Most law firms can’t explain what makes them different (a real competitive advantage is a quantifiable, supportable claim that no one else or very few others can also legitimately claim).

Most law firms claim they’re different by saying, “We really care about our clients” (we should all hope so, right?). At Trembly Law, on the other hand, we can tell you exactly what makes us unique, thereby creating a better experience and better results than clients of other firms.

Consumer Ratings. We’re the most consistently rated franchise and business law firm in Miami on Google (real client feedback) for 5 years running.

INC 5000 Awarded. We’ve been recognized as one of the fastest-growing small law firms in the country for four years in a row by the Law Firm 500, and as a result, received the prestigious Inc. 5000 award multiple times since 2020.

Numbers and Tracking. We have a strong in-house controller and advanced financial tracking system that enable us to maintain efficient staff-to-client ratios, make strategic hiring decisions, and charge clients fair rates proportionate to their desired outcomes.

We Run on EOS. You know you need a lawyer, but you’re not sure when. We do - during L10 meetings or quarterly planning sessions. We know because we run EOS too, and that’s when issues pop up. With Trembly Law serving as your Fractional General Counsel, your legal counsel integrates smoothly with your leadership team.

Our Frequently Asked Questions.

South Florida Business Attorney Brett Trembly addresses commonly asked business in his Video of the Month series. If you have any questions for us, or if you need immediate legal assistance, please contact us today.

You can represent yourself in a lawsuit if you're sued individually, but it's not recommended. However, if your corporation or LLC is sued, you must hire an attorney—business entities cannot represent themselves. This rule applies in Florida and likely all 50 states. No exceptions.

The purpose of this blog is to answer one of the most common questions we get asked when new potential clients reach out to us for the first time.

We are often asked about how our consultations work, so that’s what we’d like to talk about today. During your consultation, you get 45 minutes of uninterrupted time scheduled with one of our attorneys, with a proposed agenda to make the best of everyone’s time. We do charge an initial consultation fee, as our attorney is dedicating this time to solely focus on your matter.

In preparation for your consultation, we’ll ask a few questions about what you’ve experienced and go over a few housekeeping items to make sure you understand every step of the process and that we have all the information needed to proceed.

The consultation will give us some context for us to get the big picture and understanding of what’s going on, and for both parties to get to know each other. Our attorneys can give

you the best legal guidance and advice moving forward.

We take the possibility of helping your business seriously, because we believe in protecting the economy, one business at a time. If you don’t take your legal matters into serious consideration from the start, it may cost you more in the long run – it can even cost you your business. We even have our Danger Zone Program to help you proactively prevent disputes.
