Ana C. Rivera Rios, Esq.
Ana C. Rivera Rios is an associate attorney and a member of our Litigation Department. Admitted to practice in Florida, Michigan and Puerto Rico, Ana has extensive experience with a wide variety of legal matters involving unique and complex issues where thorough analysis, creativity and novel arguments are required. Ana has always been a compassionate and solution driven attorney who only pursues a course of action after considering every outcome possible.
At Trembly Law, Ana concentrates her practice on litigating general commercial and business disputes both in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Trembly Law, Ana worked with regulatory and commercial litigation matters, particularly breach of contract disputes, business torts, general employment issues, tax disputes, professional liability defense, representing entities facing government investigations and/or administrative proceedings, and all types of business-to-business disputes. Ana has also worked with non-profit health care centers in Puerto Rico (centro 330) and advised them with compliance topics such as complying with the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) and represented them whenever the local Department of Health initiated investigations.
Moreover, Ana has provided strategic and general multi-disciplinary advice to clients in the healthcare and general commercial industry, as broad as employment, immigration, local government, zoning, licensing, regulatory compliance and contracts. Ana also served as Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of Michigan’s Department of Attorney General, working with multiple agencies and responsible for litigating criminal matters.
Ana holds an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy and Health Law. Ana prides herself on her ability to think outside of the box to solve complicated legal issues to achieve optimal results for her clients.
