Arturo joined Trembly Law Firm as a partner in 2018 after spending a decade in both commercial and civil litigation. Arturo has and continues to represent foreign and domestic corporate clients, lenders, and professionals in consumer finance, employment, and business matters, such as corporate formation, growth strategy, merger and acquisition, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements.

When it comes to advising businesses, Arturo prefers using his experience to help business owners act proactively based on their needs and goals. He finds lawsuits often come not because businesses have done anything wrong, but because business owners neglected to solidify their business’s foundation or failed to use sound strategies to address issues. He addresses this in two ways. First and foremost, he works closely with his clients, providing strategy and organizational structure to minimize their exposure to liability. He helps them protect and grow their business by asking difficult questions and then providing smart recommendations on everything from operating agreements to procedures and contracts for their employees and independent contractors. He gets his energy from the enthusiasm of the business owners he collaborates with, providing them with the peace of mind they need to grow.
However, even with these protections, not every situation can be anticipated in advance and litigation may still be required. Arturo’s strengths as a litigator are beyond reproach, and he brings his strategic strength and litigation experience to reach the best results for his clients in an effective and efficient manner.
Given Arturo’s reputation as a strong advocate for his clients, he is often asked to share his experience with the public by educating them through various presentations, seminars and has been published twice in the online legal publication Law 360.
Arturo is originally from Los Angeles and was raised in Miami by two supportive and loving Cuban parents. He is an Alumni of Florida International University and Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law. When he can find the time, Arturo loves to travel and is a self-described “adrenaline junkie”.
