Andrew Jun is a commercial and corporate attorney with extensive experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He regularly represents domestic and international clients—including financial institutions, private equity funds, and startups—on cross-border transactions, deal structuring, and legal and operational compliance.

Before joining Trembly Law, Andrew practiced in Toronto with top Canadian firms, handling sophisticated financial, regulatory, and business law matters. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.Comm. from University of Toronto, and is admitted to practice in Ontario and Florida. Fluent in English and Korean, Andrew integrates global perspective with local insight to support clients at every stage of growth.
