Hector Antonio Pena is a Florida attorney with over 19 years of experience delivering strategic legal counsel across a wide spectrum of practice areas. Since earning his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006, Mr. Pena has cultivated a results-oriented legal career, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, business and corporate law, contract negotiation and enforcement, appellate advocacy, administrative law and real estate transactions. He has successfully overseen the closing of more than 1,000 real estate transactions in both the commercial and residential arena. In addition, Mr. Pena is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Known for his discipline, legal insight, and commitment to achieving client outcomes, Mr. Pena has represented individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout South Florida with integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Pena brings his wealth of experience and entrepreneurial background to his current role at Trembly Law, where he continues to serve clients with the same dedication and precision that have defined his legal career. As a Cuban American immigrant who arrived in the United States at age 12, Mr. Pena is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and deeply values building strong, long-term relationships with his clients.

Outside of the office, he is a passionate enthusiast of sports cars, a horologist, in addition to being a devoted Formula One Fan. A frequent traveler with a special appreciation for European culture.
