
Attorney Mitchell Koch, Esq. is a Miami commercial litigation attorney at Trembly Law. Mitchell has broad experience with various civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, professional and general liability, employment law, HOA disputes, state and federal receiverships, and insurance coverage. He prides himself on written and oral advocacy, as well as efficient problem-solving.
Mitchell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Georgia, where he served as a keynote undergraduate research presenter and president of the university’s mock student parliament. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Business Law Review and Moot Court Board. His Moot Court career included earning the Best Oralist award in the law school’s intramural competition, as well as a semi-final finish and scholarship from the Hispanic National Bar Association for his performance in a national competition.
