Before joining Trembly Law Firm, William built a diverse litigation background that continues to shape his practice today. His experience includes commercial litigation, real estate matters, and dependency. Working across these practice areas has given him a broad perspective on litigation and reinforced the importance of understanding not only the legal issues involved, but also the practical goals that drive each client’s case.

William believes effective litigation begins long before a case ever gets to court. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, evaluate risk, and develop strategies that position them for the strongest possible outcome. A Florida native, William earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. His familiarity with South Florida’s legal and business communities allows him to provide thoughtful counsel to clients navigating complex commercial and real estate disputes throughout the region. In his free time, Mr. Bolinger enjoys road cycling, reading, and spending time in nature.
