Beverly Bradshaw, Esq.

Beverly Bradshaw’s practice focuses on franchise law, commercial real estate leasing, and business transactional matters. Beverly’s franchise law experience includes advising on Franchise Disclosure Document review, franchise agreement negotiation, and the full lifecycle of a franchise relationship. She also maintains an active commercial leasing practice, representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of retail, office, and industrial leases, and regularly serves as fractional general counsel to businesses seeking sophisticated legal guidance without the overhead of in-house counsel. Beverly serves as Programs Chair for the California Lawyers Association’s Franchise Law Committee.

Beverly began her legal career at Best Best & Krieger LLP as an associate in the Special Districts practice group, where she served as counsel to public agencies including the Riverside County Transportation Commission. In that role, she negotiated and drafted contracts for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects, including the Route 91 Toll Road expansion. 

Beverly graduated from UCLA School of Law in May 2009. While at UCLA Law, she served as a research assistant to Constitutional Law Professor Adam Winkler, contributing to several projects including an amicus curiae brief for the Second Amendment case District of Columbia v. Heller, argued before the United States Supreme Court in 2008. Prior to law school, Beverly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Concurrent with her legal education and practice, she co-owned China Palace Restaurant, where she oversaw financial operations.
