- Yuleidis Bello Mendez v. Josue Moreira, Case No. 2023-019574-FC-04 (Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Domestic Violence Division, March 2024). Mr. Martinez represented the respondent in a stalking injunction proceeding. After a two-day evidentiary hearing on March 26, 2024, the Court dismissed the case with prejudice, finding “No Just Cause” finding that the evidence presented was insufficient under Florida law to support the entry of an injunction for protection against stalking.
- The Grandview Palace Condominium Association Inc. v. Tracy Judge, Case No. 2023-020427-CA-01 (Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, February 10, 2025). Mr. Martinez represented the defendant in a water damage action brought by a condominium association. Through comprehensive case preparation and legal analysis, Mr. Martinez secured a directed verdict in favor of the defendant on the first day of trial before the Honorable William Thomas, achieving a complete defense victory before the case reached the
jury.
