Ana C. Rivera Rios, Esq.

Attorney Ana C. Rivera Rios works with Trembly Law’s Business & General Counsel Department, where she advises clients on a broad range of commercial, contractual, employment, regulatory, and business matters. With more than a decade of legal experience, including over three years in Trembly Law’s Litigation Department, Ana brings a valuable combination of courtroom experience and practical insight to her advisory practice.

Having represented individuals and businesses in contested matters before state and federal courts, Ana understands how contracts, day-to-day business operations, and individual decisions may be viewed if challenged in court. Her litigation background and attention to detail allow her to identify potential liabilities, guide clients through complex legal issues, and help address disputes before they escalate.

Ana also brings significant public-sector and regulatory experience to her practice. She previously served as a Special Assistant Attorney General with the State of Michigan’s Department of Attorney General, where she prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the State. In addition, she has advised commercial entities and nonprofit healthcare centers on regulatory compliance.

Drawing on her litigation and regulatory experience, Ana provides practical, strategic counsel to help clients navigate complex legal issues, manage risk, and make informed business decisions.
