From early in his career, Aldair developed a strong interest in finance, accounting, and business operations, which led him to build extensive experience supporting U.S.-based companies in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial administration.
Throughout his professional journey, Aldair has worked in both legal and corporate environments, supporting attorneys, finance teams, and clients with billing processes, payment tracking, account reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting. His experience has allowed him to strengthen skills such as attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and client communication while contributing to efficient financial operations and positive client experiences.

When he is not working, Aldair enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and dancing. Growing up in Barranquilla, a city known for its vibrant culture and world-famous Carnival, dancing has always been an important part of his life. For Aldair, dancing is not only a way to have fun and connect with others, but also a reflection of the energy, joy, and sense of community that define his hometown.
