Natalia Hernandez is a Miami native with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. She began at 17 as a receptionist, working her way up to legal secretary before stepping into a paralegal role. Rather than pursue law school, Natalia chose to deepen her paralegal expertise, ultimately earning her Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) designation and Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) credential — a path that reflects her commitment to mastering the craft of litigation support at the highest level.
Throughout her career, Natalia has developed deep litigation experience in tort claims — including medical malpractice, car accidents, slip-and-falls, insurance defense, and trucking defense — as well as in contract disputes. She spent 12 years at Roig Lawyers and various other firms honing this expertise, managing complex litigation files from intake through resolution. Along the way, Natalia also served as firm administrator at a small, growing personal injury law firm, where she gained valuable insight into the operational side of running a practice. Ultimately, though, she found herself drawn back to the in-depth work of litigation — the part of the job she finds most fulfilling. Today, Natalia serves as Litigation Paralegal on Arturo Arca’s team, bringing two decades of hands-on legal experience to every case she supports.
Outside of work, Natalia cherishes time with her husband and son. She enjoys exercising regularly, playing tennis, and unwinding with arts and crafts.
