Stephany dedicates her time at the firm to diligently assisting Ms. Valdes as the first impression to our prospective clients in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, Family, Real Estate, Trust Management, and related litigation. Stephany has been working in the legal field since 2013 (and has been with IVPA since 2017!), and contributes experience in different areas of law, which has prepared her to provide the firm’s clients with exceptional customer service.
Stephany holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University’s Legal Studies Program (2017) and an Associate in Arts in Criminal Justice – Paralegal Studies from Miami Dade College (Spring 2026). She is currently working toward her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, expected Summer 2027. Prior to joining Get Ahead Legal (a TLF Group) in 2017, Stephany worked in various areas of law, including Bankruptcy, Real Property, Personal Injury Protection and Civil Litigation. She also contributes a wealth of knowledge in property and casualty insurance from her four years of experience in the insurance industry.
Stephany’s hobbies include spending time with her family, including her three beautiful children, cooking, jewelry design, and catching up on crime/law drama TV shows.
