Trembly Law Firm, a Miami, Florida-based Business Attorney, announces the hiring of two new staff members to bolster their litigation team: Senior Litigation and Trial Attorney, Christopher A. Aguirre, and Senior Paralegal Hector Fluriach.
Aguirre, a graduate of Shepard Broad Law Center (Juris Doctorate), Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship (M.S.), and Florida International University (B.A.) brings extensive experience in both Florida and federal trials to Trembly Law Firm. He has successfully and effectively represented many clients with their contractual disputes for over a decade. Inspired by his passion for protecting and helping business owners solve their legal issues, he has made commercial, business, and employment contract litigation his primary practice areas.
In addition to being admitted to the Southern, Middle, and Northern Federal Districts of Florida, he is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Circuit Civil Mediation. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. In fact, before joining Trembly Law Firm, Aguirre worked with renowned judiciary members in resolving complex business, commercial, real estate, labor, and insurance disputes via managed contractual arbitration cases and mediations. He has worked and drafted orders on behalf of former Florida Supreme Court Justices and District Court Judges.
Using his persuasive and effective litigation skills, knowledge, and experience, Aguirre has represented clients successfully at countless mediations, arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials, helping resolve cases in favor or defense of clients for millions of dollars.
“I’m delighted to join Trembly Law Firm—Florida Business Lawyers as a Senior Litigation and Trial Attorney,” says Aguirre. “With its focus on teamwork in a cooperative environment, Trembly Law has set the standard for client service and satisfaction. I am looking forward to applying my knowledge and experience in service to our clients and contributing to the success of the firm for many years to come. I’m proud to help protect the economy, one business at a time.”
Senior Paralegal Hector Fluriach obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he made the Dean’s List on a consistent basis and achieved the Book Award for Constitutional Law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University.
As the Senior Paralegal in Trembly Law Firm’s Litigation Department, Fluriach focuses on helping business owners resolve issues before going to trial whenever possible and preparing them properly if that’s unavoidable. By ensuring communication between clients and attorneys are effective and deadlines are met, Hector helps push the department towards its main goal: helping business owners get out of court.
“It’s great to be a part of a team that shares the same passion and mission for helping business owners,” says Fluriach. “At Trembly Law—Florida Business Lawyers, our work ethic and commitment to our clients is balanced with a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie. I’m thankful to work with a quality team that understands the importance of providing excellent client service and taking time to balance work and family. I look forward to using my knowledge and experience to help Trembly Law—Florida Business Lawyers achieve even greater success in 2022 and beyond.”
