Miami, Florida (May 15, 2018) — Christian E. Rodriguez, Esq., who joined the Firm in March of 2017 as Chairman of the Litigation Department, has been named Partner at Trembly Law Firm. The Firm’s Litigation Department saw immediate and rapid growth after Mr. Rodriguez assumed control of the department. As recently as April of 2018, Mr. Rodriguez and litigation associate David Wolff, Esq., won a three-day jury trial in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, with Mr. Rodriguez acting as lead counsel.
Mr. Rodriguez started his law career as an associate in a workers’ compensation defense firm. Shortly after that, he went to work for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel where he was quickly promoted to run his own division until he was recruited to work at The Reyes Law Firm, P.A., in Coral Gables. At Reyes Law Firm, Mr. Rodriguez practiced civil and commercial litigation. Most recently, he was with Cassidy & Black, P.A. where he practiced maritime and admiralty law until he joined Trembly Law Firm. His breadth of litigation experience has proven a valuable asset to the firm’s clients.
Mr. Rodriguez has also received several accolades and recognition for his skills as an attorney. This year he was selected by his peers as “Rising Star” for the Super Lawyers’ publication for the second year in a row. In 2018, he was also awarded the prestigious AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell for the second year in a row. Prior to that, Rodriguez was one of three finalists for the prestigious Legal Luminaries “Top Attorneys Under the Age of 40” award presented by the Dade County Bar Association. He also maintains a 10/10 rating on Avvo.com, and recently accepted an invitation to serve on the Florida Bar Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee “G”.
