Miami, Florida (August, 2019) — Trembly Law Firm recently hired two new outstanding members to its litigation team, Veronica Rabinowitz, Esq. and Kevin D. Pardiñas, Esq.
Veronica Rabinowitz joins the firm after six (6) years at Marko & Magolnick, where she handled state and federal complex litigation and appeals before Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.
Veronica was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012 and is also admitted to United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She received her law degree from Florida International University. While in law school, Veronica was an Articles and Comments Editor for the FIU Law Review. She obtained her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and while attending USF, she was an active member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity, holding numerous leadership positions. Veronica is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) and the Dade County Bar Association. In her personal time, Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband and son and reading.
Kevin D. Pardiñas joins Trembly Law after serving as general counsel to a healthcare start-up and commercial insurance agency. Previously, he was with the firm of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. In addition to his work as general counsel, Kevin has litigated a wide variety of cases in both state and federal court, defending clients in construction, employment, privacy, products liability and wrongful death cases.
Kevin received his law degree from Florida International University where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, he served within the community working with Legal Services of Miami, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Domestic Violence Unit, and the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Kevin is a member of the Belen Alumni Lawyers Section, Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni Board, and volunteer with Parent to Parent of Miami. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with his family.
