Miami-Based Trembly Law Firm announces the hiring of five new team members, including two new business litigation attorneys.

New hires include: Senior Litigation Counsel Staci H. Genet, Litigation Attorney Tria Lawton-Russell, Learning & Development Coordinator Jennifer Aragon, Senior Litigation Paralegal Emanuelle Gonzalez, and Litigation Paralegal Esther Troche.

 

Miami, FL – Trembly Law Firm continues its rapid growth with the addition of five new team members in May.  The multiple-time Inc. 5,000 winner has focused their growth in the area of litigation, adding two new litigators and two new paralegals to the existing team.  The firm also announced the addition of their first-ever Learning & Development Coordinator who will be in charge of training the TLF employees to keep them in a constant loop of improvement and ever-growing quality.  All of the hires will help Trembly Law Firm accomplish its mission of “Protecting the Economy, One Business At A Time.”

Staci H. Genet is the Senior Litigation Counsel at Trembly Law Firm. She brings over 25 years of transactional and litigation experience in complex business, residential and commercial real estate matters, working with both business owners and real estate professionals.  Staci first attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor’s degree in English, and continued her education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1990 for her Juris Doctorate degree. She focuses on increasing negotiation power and avoiding pitfalls that often result in litigation to protect her clients, so that they can focus on growing their business.  When litigation can’t be avoided, Staci believes in achieving stated goals using efficient, cost-effective strategies that put the business owner first. 

 

Tria Lawton-Russell is a Litigation Attorney at the Trembly Law Firm. She has been a practicing litigation attorney since 2000. Tria’s vast litigation experience encompasses both County and Circuit Court, criminal and civil matters, in bench and jury trials.  Tria began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, before moving into a role as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Children and Families (“DCF”) litigating dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Following her tenure at DCF, Tria was an Assistant General Counsel with the Agency for Health Care Administration (“AHCA”), the chief health policy and planning entity for the State for over nine (9) years. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Tria served as a legislative aide to a local City Commissioner.  She is a member of the Caribbean Bar Association and the Jamaican American Bar Association. Her practice areas include:  criminal, dependency, health care, labor and employment, as well as general civil litigation.

 

Jennifer Aragon is the Learning and Development Coordinator at Trembly Law Firm. Born and raised in Miami, FL with a strong Latin heritage, Jennifer comes from a family that has strong beliefs in education and the value of power it holds. As a result, it was no question that Jennifer would pursue a career in education. She dedicated the first seven years of her professional life to education, before transitioning into Human Resources where she continues to focus in this area. Using her excellent organizational and communication skills to enhance daily operations at the firm, Jennifer works to ensure the education and training of Trembly Law employees, so they can focus on protecting our clients from legal dangers. 

 

Emanuelle Gonzalez is the Senior Litigation Paralegal at Trembly Law Firm. A native of Brazil, she has worked in the legal field for over 10 years since earning her law degree from University Fundação Mineira de Educação e Cultura in 2011 and receiving her Masters in Civil Litigation in 2013. After arriving in the United States in 2016, Emanuelle decided once again to pursue her passions of law and helping others with their legal needs by working as a Paralegal.  

 

Esther Troche is a Litigation paralegal at Trembly Law Firm. Born and raised in Miami, Esther adores her hometown and would not alter a thing. Esther has always had a desire to help others and can’t seem to get enough of seeing people happy. She began her legal career as an errand-running assistant and now has over eight years of paralegal experience to offer her attorneys and firm’s clients. Esther works hard at helping business owners facing litigation, through what can be a difficult time. She is now pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Miami-Dade College.
