I highly recommend the Trembly Law Firm, and especially Elias Correa. When I started my franchise business, I researched Miami law firms online. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for but when I came across Trembly I sensed that they were a well-staffed, professional firm with an informal and friendly approach to their service delivery. This turned out to be what I was looking for and exactly what I got. Unfortunately, I had to close our business due to events outside of my control. Doing so in the franchise world is not easy as the franchisor has a lot of legal leverage over the franchisee. Trembly really stepped up to help me with all aspects of my exit. My team lead from Trembly was Elias Correa, who is the firm’s chief legal officer and chair of its General Counsel Division. My background is big company CFO so I have a lot of experience dealing with lawyers and legal matters, but not in the world of small business franchises. Elias and his team proved to be invaluable in helping me navigate the exit process. During this process I got to know Elias quite well as he is very “hands on” despite having an extremely competent team. Elias found his calling in law, but he also has an abundance of emotional intelligence. In addition to expert legal guidance, his empathy for what my wife and I had to go through turned what could have been something hugely stressful into the well-planned execution of a series of steps. But not a long standard checklist of tasks – just those tasks absolutely necessary. As a result (according to the franchisor), we were able to wrap up the exit process in record time.

We chose the Trembly Law Firm after witnessing Brett’s professionalism in action through BNI, getting to know him in our Rotary Club, and hearing many excellent reviews from his clients.
