Miami, Florida (October, 2019) — The Trembly Law Firm announced today that Christian E. Rodriguez, Esq., has been promoted to Managing Partner of the Firm.
Mr. Rodriguez had been serving as Chairman of the Litigation Department since his arrival at the firm in March of 2017, and was named a Partner in May of 2018.
During his tenure as Chair of the Litigation Department, Mr. Rodriguez’s results-driven strategies have proven time and again to obtain great results for the Firm’s clients. Most recently, in 2019, Mr. Rodriguez led the team that fended off a potential Federal class action lawsuit against a local restaurant chain for alleged violations of the T.C.P.A. Additionally, in October of 2019, Mr. Rodriguez, along with his co-counsel Mrs. Rabinowitz, secured a complete defense verdict for a client at a jury trial in a pregnancy discrimination claim brought under the Florida Civil Rights Act.
Mr. Rodriguez’s litigation acumen, top-notch advocacy skills and professionalism are undoubtedly not only assets to the Firm, but to the legal community as a whole. In the last three (3) consecutive years, Mr. Rodriguez has been selected by his peers as “Rising Star” for the Super Lawyers’ publication, and he has also received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. He maintains a 10 out of 10 rating on Avvo.com, proudly serves on the Florida Bar Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee “G”, and sits on the Executive Board for the Miami Kendall Bar Association.
